“The staff were very helpful, and willing to help, not just help because it is part of the job. From quick to translation to quick questions, they were there. Which was great because I can be a little nervous with language barriers. In hindsight, I do wonder if there was a bit of a leak in my restroom, but me not bringing that to the attention of staff is on me, not on staff being unapproachable (because they were not).
