The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with stunning Marina Bay views. Service was impeccable—staff were attentive, professional, and welcoming. Perfect location within walking distance to Marina Bay Sands and great shopping. Would definitely stay again."

We booked a Pacific Club room, which gave us access to the Level 38 Pacific Club lounge—and it truly elevated our stay. The champagne breakfast each morning and the evening cocktails with stunning city views were highlights we looked forward to every day. The service at the lounge was outstanding, and a special mention goes to Steve and the entire Level 38 team for being so warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The breakfast at Edge was another standout. The quality and variety of the buffet were top-notch, easily one of the best we’ve experienced. "This is a beautiful centrally located hotel in Singapore. It is close to the riverfront. The great breakfast buffet for $20 daily is a real fine. They were very responses to our needs like an extra blanket and charging equipment. Only negative: They forgot to resupply the wash cloths. The staff was accommodating and very kind."

"Everything was perfect for us. The location is perfect. 2 mins walk from City Hall MRT and walk-in access to Raffle City plaza. If they also had toilets with bidet and king size bed options that would have been amazing."
