"Amazing hotel! Location,design,room,service,staff. Everything honestly! It’s a must experience."

"The hotel location is amazing, right in the heart of it all. The first room they put us in was not great damp smell, really poor view. However after asking for a change of room Aiden put us in room 1908 what a change, clean comfortable, and great view definitely made our stay. The lift areas are a little dated and could do with a refresh, breakfast at Tiffany’s was good, and hit the spot every morning especially the omelette station. Easy access for grab and taxis to pick you up. Would definitely stay again thanks to Aiden, and as a location don’t think you could beat it. "

"Very good location, next to a MRT stop and bus stop to Terminal 4 at Changi Airport. Allowed early check in with no hassle was great after a long flight from oversea. Air conditioning was strong, cooling down a room quickly. Although the room is quite tiny, it served its purpose well. Will stay here again if returning to Singapore."

"This hotel was in a great location and was quite convenient to a lot of places (good for tourists)- it’s situated in a mall so lots of food options, pharmacy (or beauty stores), and shopping galore! The staff were very pleasant and friendly, our room was spacious (for 2 people) and clean, and the breakfast inclusion was very good. Although we were not able to eat breakfast everyday cause it was just too crowded, the days that we were able to, food was quite good."

"Hotel is very conveniently connected to Raffles city mall and the MRT. We selected it because it’s right across from the Raffles where we were attending an event. However, it wasn’t quite walking distance to the main attractions we wanted to see and grabbing a late bite (after 9-10pm) while jet lagged wasn’t very convenient as most restaurants were closed by then. Lobby is nice and busy. The front desk agents and concierge were quick in taking care of you even via email before our arrival. Our room was clean and comfortable although I didn’t find drawers where I could unpack stuff. One of our suitcases had to be on the floor the entire time as there wasn’t room to put 2 inside the closet. The toiletries box in the bathroom was nice but also took quite a bit of vanity space. I loved that they had an umbrella we can use which we needed during our stay and also refillable glass bottles and a filter for potable water. For some reason they would only give us 3 bath towels even though we were 4 and I kept asking for an extra towel. All in all, a great property. And the skai restaurant had a killer view!"
