  • Spacious 3 bedroom ranch on pine tree covered acres
    Mayor's Manor, This custom built home by Mayor Dannels is 2560 square feet. Built in 1950 the home has 2 stone wood burning fireplaces, and a gas fireplace in the Livingroom, hardwood floor in the living and bedrooms and flagstone floor in the kitchen, dinning and game room.
    Perfect for a get away. Close enough to town but you feel like your in the mountains on the 1.8 Acre setting.

    Estes Park Premier home with open kitchen dinning and game room with moss rock fireplace and flagstone floors. The high light of this home is the Flagstone patio with wood burning fireplace, gas grill and ample outdoor dining and seating.

    Less than 3 miles to town, close to trails and RMNP entrance. This home is private, quiet setting in a quite neighborhood. New Master on-suit with dressing area, 2 flat screen TV's in the living spaces.. 3 separate work spaces/desks for the work from home or learn from home.

    This home is fully stocked with bed linens, towels, extra blankets, soaps and shampoo. The kitchen has pots, pans and dishes plus silverware. A standard coffee maker, toaster, blender, crock pot too. A washer and dryer with laundry pods to use.

    This home is managed by Rocky Mountains Property Services, a family owned and operated business local to Estes Park.

    Check in time is 4:00pm Check out time is 10:00am

    This home does NOT have air conditioning

    No Smoking, No Pets, No events. No more then 8 people in the home at any time, no more then 4 cars at any time. The person/ name on the account must be present.

    Rocky Mountain National Park will implement another pilot temporary timed entry permit reservation system from May 22 through October 19, 2026. If you plan on visiting Rocky Mountain National Park during your stay please visit their website for details about reservations.

    Electric Vehicles: EV's
    We do not allow charging of any EV's at this property with out discussion and written permission by the Property Managers. Any violation of this policy will result in loss of security deposit.

A convenient and relaxing location in Estes Park

Our experience was excellent. The property is in a great location that feels somewhat secluded but is minutes from Estes Park and the entrance to RMNP. The place was clean and roomy.

The perfect Estes Retreat

If you are looking to visits Estes Park I truly recommend this wonderful location. From the deer that wondered through the yard to the EAST access to the town of Estes, the YMCA and the national park. Just perfect.

Very Spacious

What a fun look into a home that was clearly loved by its original owners. Very well stocked home and plenty of gathering room for our family of 6 adults. But we especially loved the glimpse into a home planned and outfitted in the past. Convenient to downtown Estes and all the places we went in RMNP.

Great home!

Our family had a great stay here. Excellent location, quiet area, minutes from town and RMNP. There is plenty of space to spread out or you can gather in either of the living areas. We received an added bonus when a huge herd of Elk visited the yard. Plenty of outdoor area and clear starry night skies. Would certainly stay here again .

AMAZING house and very family friendly

The house was incredibly clean and very well stocked with every-day necessities, including soap/shampoo/toilet paper and kitchen supplies. Our 3 kids had plenty of room to play while the adults cooked or just sat around enjoying Colorado.

Visited Rocky Mountain National Park

House was perfect for us. The host saved our trip by explaining the park’s entrance requirements. The town of Estes Park is adorable and lots of great food. We had lots of elk and dear sighting all over town. The house was very close to the entrance to the national park.

Beautiful Colorado home

This sprawling home was perfect for my family, such a great value and would be great for a larger family as well. It was well stocked with everything you could need. Nice Place but needs repair

The cabin was nice and large enough for 5 adults. We liked the location. It is on the older side and needs updates, especially the kitchen. The refrigerator did not cool well and the ice machine was completely blocked and unusable. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace.

Ideal Location & Setting

This house is an ideal location close to town and a relaxing setup and layout for a group of 6-8 people. Loved the bathroom setup also. Plenty of room and comfy couch and furniture. Love how you have kept it up inside and made it livable and comfortable without going over the top. Enjoyed the outdoor fireplace and patio! Such a great setting close to everything. Perfect house for our family vacation

The home has so much character and was very clean, well stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans, and everything else we needed to make our meals there. The house is in a really great location as well, just a couple miles from the center of town but far enough out to not be right near all the hustle and bustle. It was really such a relaxing home base to come back to after our days hiking in RMNP. Thank you for letting us use your home; we hope to come back again!

Roomy, Clean and Comfortable

We had a group of six seniors and one young adult in town for the Estes Park Midsummer Festival. The house easily accommodated all of us for 4 days and is bigger than it appears in the pictures. The house was very clean and close to town. We saw deer in the yard every day. We had a great experience and would certainly stay here again.

Great home in a beautiful area

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was very comfortable and provided everything you would need for your stay. The house provided easy access to town with a simple 5 minute drive. There was a walking path just down the street that would allow you venture all the way back to town if you wanted. We saw plenty of wildlife from both the front and back porches. I would definitely return to this property.

Perfect location

Location was perfect for excursions into RMNP every day. The house had everything we needed and we were quite comfortable during our stay. Our only disappointment was the inability to use the fireplace in the main living area where we watched TV/DVDs at the end of every day. We bought 3 bundles of wood and left them behind as the other working fireplace was in a room we didn't use. Overall it was a very nice stay!

Loved this vacation and home. Home is as listed. However, it is significantly larger then it appears. There is multiple areas in (and outside) the home to sit/visit with family. Great communication from property manager. They even reminded me to get our timed entry tickets for RMNP. Would stay here again!

Well worth our trip

We decided to do a vacation instead of gifts this year for Christmas. We are beyond grateful we chose to stay here. Beautiful home with magnificent scenery. Mule deer came right up to the window and doors. We will definitely do this again for 2023!!!
