“We loved our stay in this vintage cabin. It was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We used the grill and the hot tub and both were in good working condition. We also loved the close proximity to town. It was a very short walk and allowed us to avoid downtown parking. I would also like to add that the neighbors where very pleasant and we enjoyed talking to them.”

“Beautiful sunrises over valley. Place is vintage but we enjoy that . Lots of deer around. Chipmunk sat on my bare foot when I was having coffee . Was nice experience ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this cute cabin! Probably the cleanest vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. Loved the big picture windows. We watched two spotted fawns sleeping along the fence line. All furnishings were comfortable. Although located in a neighborhood just minutes from town, the large lot and trees made it feel very private. A few things to note: the bed is extremely comfortable, but it’s very tall. I am short and had a little difficulty getting into it. There is no dining table in the……

“This place lived up to the hype. The views in real life are better than in the pics. A herd of 30 elk were visible from back deck for hours. Inside, it’s super clean, comfortable, and spread out enough for everyone to be comfortable and have privacy.Location is so easy - less than 10 min to Estes park, twin owls restaurant and Mary’s lake were walking distance. Would def stay again! Wonderful!!”

“This house was perfect for our family reunion. There was plenty of space for 16 people. The theater, arcade and hot tub were all a hit. The weather was good and we enjoyed sitting on the deck watching herds of elk stroll by. It's close to the shops in downtown Estes, RMNP and hiking trails. We all had a great time.”

“Lovely home located on Big Thompson River.Home is well stocked. Kitchen has any and all appliances needed. Furniture is comfortable. Neighborhood is quiet-we saw several elk in front of the home. Sue, the property manager, was communicative and wonderful. She told us about the country market near us which is a gem. Wonderful time in Estes Park. ”

Binder on the kitchen counter full of resources for Estes Park made information accessible to all guests. Well equipped kitchen was large enough for multiple cooks. Enjoyable evenings on the deck to view mountains and savor cool mountain air.”

“Plenty of room for our extended family. Everything we needed was there. Recommend this property to any big groups.”

“Beautiful home with everything you could need. Very short walk to downtown Estes Park. We were able to watch the 4th fireworks from the deck, which meant we could avoid the crush over by the lake. We saw a mama and baby elk right outside! Wonderful place. ”
