「This is by far one of the nicest units we have ever stayed in. The location right by the river was so relaxing and we loved the soothing sounds night and day! The unit felt very spacious, clean, 10 minute walk to WP and we thoroughly enjoyed the wrap around deck. The rental company was very quick to respond and communication was seamless. 「The property is newer. For me the property seemed larger than the pictures. The living room and deck are one of the largest in a condo I have seen in Winter Park/ Fraser area. The condo had a lot of kitchen and grill items compared to other VRBO’s I have stayed at, which was nice. Everything was super clean etc. I will stay again. 」

「Great place. Added a window AC unit to help in summer. (There was a review about no AC which they have resolved) plenty of places to sleep if you have your family. A pull out on the couch plus they have a roll away. And they had coffee for the brewer which was nice!」
