They gave us a room that had a very bad smell coming from the heater. It kept making the meter/all night carbon monoxide meter said it was 80% in the morning when we woke up we had a headache and also I didn’t get a full-size refrigerator in that room, I called management. They moved us to a room with a full size refrigerator, but the customer service was lacking. The blankets did not smell clean. I asked for blankets on a text message. They never brought me blankets. I asked for wood in the fireplace. They did bring the wood the next day overall, our stay was not what I expected. The room looked totally different than what I saw online when I scheduled my stay. It seems like it is false advertisement on this place. The room look grandiose, on the pictures I saw on line. but when I got inside the room, it was more like a Shack. It was totally not worth the money. The only thing nice was that it was surrounded by mountains and even that was not that great because the sunsets at 2:30 every day because of the way, the complex sits between the mountains. Very unsatisfied!!!

Hot tub in room 33 was leaking. Other than that is was quiet, peaceful and very out of the way. No tv so bring your streaming services. Mini kitchenette furnished. Was a quaint little cabin in the woods. Was a fantastic get away!

Our room was nothing like it said it was going to be, I asked for a different room and was even willing to pay more to change rooms. I was told you were completely booked and the manager would be in Friday to discuss further but didn't hear anything more. We only seen two other vehicles our entire stay so clearly it wasn't sold out. There's also a brown recluse in the bathroom that my husband killed. So for our anniversary, I was super disappointed. The only thing we loved was the location, and the hot tub even though being ground level offered no privacy and limited views.

The room was wonderful. The hot tub was amazing and just as described! The only downfall is not being able to reach anyone at an office. We stayed at this property for a full week last summer and had a nice experience. We booked the large suite then, and it was great, so much so that we decided to return this year. This time, we booked a double queen room since our group was smaller. Unfortunately, the experience was very different. The online photos were quite deceiving. The room had worn-out furniture, poor-quality bedding, chipped paint, and disfunctional soap and conditioner dispensers. The windows were so dirty we could barely see through them. To make matters worse, the heat stopped working during the night. With no on-site support, we had to text management. They did send a maintenance person who fixed the heat and refilled the dispensers, but the overall condition of the room was very disappointing. We also had to check out a day early due to an emergency. We notified management by text, but they refused to refund the unused night. While I understand that’s their policy, it showed a lack of customer service and flexibility, especially for a returning guest. Unfortunately, this experience cost them a loyal customer. There are plenty of other resorts and cabins in the area tha we will consider booking next time.

The King Studio with private hot tub was excellent. The building for the unit looked very nice and tucked into the mountain side for amazing views while at the same time very private. The private hot tub outside was awesome as well as the gas fireplace at the foot of the bed. 2 seconds from the Fall River Park entrance. It was perfect for my wife and I and would definitely book again for our next trip.
