「We had an enjoyable stay in a clean cosy place but the tiny touches were missing that we have become accustomed to using other holiday booking platforms (such as toilet roll and soap). The booking process through vrbo however was not smooth and the photographs of the accommodation were very misleading, so it's unlikely I'll use vrbo again. I spent over 2 hours finding out who to pay (not vrbo it turns out!), struggled to simply confirm the stay and find out how to access the info to get into...

「From the outside, a very traditional old building with a close, high on a hilly road with a bunch of steps. Indoors beautifully modernized, very spacious rooms, all mod cons, including washer dryer. Well worth the climb, and views of the town and surrounding hills spectacular. I only regret we stayed but one night.」

「The property was nice and clean enough to sleep 8 peoples and more. Very comfortable and nothing lacking, the host has provided everything needed. Lovely communal areas and outside space. We've enjoyed the seen and the walk to St Mary's Loch. Would recommend and go again :)」

「We were always happy to return at night to this comfortable, homely and spacious lodge. Loved the light that greeted us in the morning from the skylights and large sliding glass doors leading to both the front and back porches.
