We had a lovely long weekend all together with family

Plenty of space for everyone, kids were very happy, lovely sociable dining area to all sit at in the evening. Easy walk down to the beach and park etc. Great stay!

A spacious home great for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, multiple bathrooms were a plus.

We absolutely loved this house.

We were meeting friends there for two nights (2 families, 8 of us altogether). The house was immaculately presented, lovely decor, plenty of reception rooms in addition to a huge kitchen diner which was perfect for us to cook together. The pool table kept the two teenage boys entertained! There was plenty of room on the driveway for 4 cars, and although we didn’t use it there is a lovely garden & barbecue. It was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach, and we had a great time at the crazy golf. Overall a fabulous weekend, would highly recommend!

Multi Generational Half Term Stay

The house was very lovely and provided plenty of space for all the generations to relax. It was well situatued in Exmouth, near enough to walk to the sea or the town.Unfortunately we struggled to all sit in one room as there was not enough seating for the whole party in either of the sitting rooms which was a shame.Some of the main lights didn't work - this maybe due to being on a dimmer and the lights in the front lounge flickered. We loved the landing lights that got brighter at night when someone walked close to them.The house was very clean and has obviously been decorated recently. The house was warm in temperature but because it had been stripped back so much it lacked a homely feel and felt bare, I think was due to the fact that minimal furnuture had been placed back in, it looked like there should have been more boxes to unpack. It was too minimal for us and took away from what is clearly a beautiful house.

4 large double beds and a bunk bed room. Kitchen was great size and where we spent a lot of our time. We truly were surprised with the house when we arrived. Thank you very much!
