“The entire hotel seems a bit dated. And my room was just fine. The bathroom was very nice. It definitely did not feel worth what I paid. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was really very bad. The margarita was good. The staff were excellent.”

“Fabulous property! Clean and uniquely appointed. Thick towels and comfy bed. Nice seating area. Private patio. Delicious made to order breakfast. Close to everything! Highly recommend!”

“The staff were very helpful when we decided to change hotels but I was shocked that the room rate jumped more than $50 a night. Then we were charged $7 a day to park in THEIR lot. When booked I saw no mention of this additional fee. When I contacted customer service they did graciously reverse the charge. The facility itself was very nice. My only complaint was financial.”

“Excellent location - within walking distance to Old Town. The room(s) were huge and very nice. Staff was great! My only suggestion is to have better coffee in the morning. What was available was very weak.”

“This is a beatufiul hotel downtown. The room was very nice and the atmosphere is nice inside. Not the safest place to walk outside in the evening when we went to get dinner. Only complaint otherwise is valet was not around when we arrived and slow to respond when finally did show up.”

Good location as well. It was convenient to everything and the valet parking team was awesome. Didn't have to wait more than a minute for the vehicle,”

“I got a key for a room that was occupied. I walked in on a man already sleeping in the room. I've never has such a bad experience. Good luck finding parking, you have to drive around to find one and then walk to the hotel. Most inconvenient stay of my life, never again. There's other hotels, go anywhere but here!”
