Ski out when Timberline lifts open, otherwise right next to the mountain, secluded away from crowds of the resort so best of both worlds. "I was so sad leaving Birds Nest this morning because the property itself is so magical. Incredibly beautiful and peaceful. The Birds Nest needs some attention — broken screens, no life jackets, a few details like that — but is well equipped with very comfortable beds. This property would not be everyone’s cup of tea but I adored it and would love to stay there again."

"This camp was perfect for our needs for a week on the lake. We had no difficulty settling in with our family of 4 and our golden retrievers in tow. The property is well maintained, the inside of the cabin was clean and inviting. It is roomy enough that we never felt crowded for space. The details in the cabin were really convenient- lots of hooks and surfaces for belongings, kitchen supplies, outlets and usb ports. For a tiny house, it had a lot of space! It was about 25 minutes to Stowe, which was a pretty easy drive. "
