“A lovely place to stay. Friendly farm animals were an added bonus”

“Firstly the view was absolutely awesome. Huge kitchen,hot spa and good heating really helped us enjoy our time. Location was perfect, close to all Tekapo's shops, eateries and walks.Two minutes drive to Tekapo springs outdoor pools and tube ride. Overnight temperature was minus 4-6 Celsius and day was 4 degrees. So dress for cold in June/ July. But the apartment was warm as toast. Lit the fire for nice atmosphere. We have dozens of photos from the deck and out kitchen window, beautiful mountain……

“Cute and quiet location, really close to everything. The bed is a queen size which I don't remember reading in the description of the room so that is good to know. It was very nice to have the hot tub and enjoy that underneath the stars, and even when it was raining with the roof covering us from the rain.”

“Very noisy heater. Couldn’t work out how to turn off a strip light above the bed - only able to dim it.”

“Great place and location (no view) but close to all amenities. Was a bit a a hassle accessing the property site info and verification, which I did not enjoy, seemed way too invasive especially having to send a selfie! This is did not do, declined it, so we reached a work-around which did not include sending a photo of myself at all. Good. Otherwise a very comfortable place and nicely presented.”

“The cottage was perfect for our family of four, location was excellent with easy access to the center of town. The space was clean warm, dry and quiet, the hosts were lovely and there were even some basic foods available in the kitchen. 5/5, would come back!”

“It’s beautiful place with close proximity to the lake and church. I wish they had a dryer. Also, no shampoo or conditioner. ”
