La Bella Vista Estate is one of Fallbrook’s premier custom homes, perfectly situated within walking distance of both Monserate Winery and Fallbrook Winery. Perched high on a ridge, this Tuscan-style estate offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside, reminiscent of the rolling hills of Tuscany. From the backyard, the sweeping valley vistas showcase neighboring multi-million-dollar estates, creating an unmatched setting of beauty and serenity. Directly across the street lies the 47-acre Gird Valley Preserve, where miles of pristine hiking trails meander through nature and lead down to Monserate Winery. Nestled on a quiet and private two-acre lot, the estate features over 80 producing fruit trees, scenic walking paths, and even a flock of chickens that provide fresh, colorful eggs for the guests each morning. Despite its tranquil seclusion, the property is just 18 miles from the beaches of Oceanside and less than an hour from San Diego International Airport. Inside, the home comfortably accommodates groups with 3 king beds, 2 queen beds, and a twin bunk bed. Guests will enjoy an impressive array of amenities, including a solar-heated saltwater pool, hot tub, bocce court, and a lighted outdoor pavilion with a ping-pong table and many other games. Golf enthusiasts can take advantage of men’s and women’s clubs provided for use at the many championship courses in Fallbrook and Temecula. To fine tune your game this estate offers 5 different elevated pitching greens with flags across the picturesque valley with distances ranging from 55 yards to 85 yards. From an elevated tee area complete with clubs and baskets of balls guests can compete for the perfect shot. Full-size RV parking (up to 42 ft) with optional hookups is also available upon request. The main residence is designed for comfort and entertainment, offering a pool table, steam room, jetted soaking tub, two fireplaces, and formal dining for up to 16 guests. We had the best time staying here. The house is beautiful. The pool/spa were the perfect temperature, you can not dream of a better view than this. We had 11 adults with us, with more than enough space. I would come here again with my family, including my two kids 8 and 5. This is the ideal place to take your vacation. I have not one negative thing to say. 100% perfect.
