不滿:整潔度、職員與服務和住宿狀況
Overall - We would not consider coming back to the property or recommending to our friends and family. It was the opposite of a luxury stay, as we felt more stressed than relaxed.
Service: We never felt settled in the property from the day we got there. We were initially told that we are getting a king room after the first night and 3 days went by with our luggage still packed in the anticipation of changing rooms. By this time it was the last day of our vacation and we lived with it. All service at the resort was extremely slow.
Cleanliness: Generally the room was clean, however there plenty of little bugs in the room, we were already waiting for a room change so we expected we will get to a new room, but nothing happened there.
Butler Service: We had Ardley and Tessa and beach butler Mariah who were all fantastic and made us feel relaxed. They were literally the best part of our trip. Outside of them, the service was generally poor and the hotel managers didn’t really care. In fact other guests were complaining that they never met their butlers or were even complaining how poor the butler service was.
Facilities and Amenities:
- Fitness centres were great
- Spa was outdated and the steam rooms were not working
- pools and swim up bars were great.
- the open hot tub was not operational
- beach chairs and beds were ok, but definitely needed to be updated.
Food: All the food we had was great. The exception being Hunters Steakhouse were the food was not its best.
