Great location! Fun atmosphere!

We had 8 of us staying here and had so much room! Great location for restaurants and exploring downtown. Quiet building! Host was great at communicating! Comfortable beds and really neat place!

Great stay

Great clean and roomy condo for a large family. Parking can get a bit tricky but it worked out fine. Manager was always ready to help! Enjoyed the weekend

Large condo in the heart of Fargo

If you're looking for a place in downtown Fargo, I highly recommend this location. It was clean and well decorated. the condo was quiet, and the beds were comfortable. We could walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The manager was accessible and responded promptly. Book this location and enjoy your stay.

Fun, unique, & perfect for a group of friends!!!

We had a group of college friends in Fargo for our 25th class reunion from Concordia! This location was perfect for us!! We were able to have group time reconnecting that we would not have had at a hotel!!! We had so much fun being together, playing ping pong, Jenga, & trivia. We were within walking distance to several really great restaurants & shops! In addition it was just a short drive to campus! The booking process & everything in regard to communication with the host was easy, casual, & stress free! Without tons of rules to worry about! We loved the unique, modern, industrial decor & murals! This may become our spot every 5 years…we’ll hopefully be back for our 30th!!!

Frustrated

This property should be identified as a basement condo in the ad for anyone that has allergies or doesn’t like a must smell. The neighbors had garbage in the hallway that stunk for 4 days while we were here. I highly question the ethics of charging a cleaning fee as this place had potato chips under the table and beer caps laying around f from the previous renter. The last night we were here the neighbors decided to smoke pot and the entire hallway filled up with pot smell including the bedroom area of this condo (rolled right under the door) … nice downtown location , and easy check in process … parking is questionable at peak downtown hours.

Communication and check in was great. Reached out a couple of times to host and he was quick and responsive. Very close to downtown and great options for walking and food. Sleeping arrangements are tight and low on privacy, but perfect for a close knit family. And overall space was used well with space to hang out separate from sleeping area.

Wonderful downtown location!

We had a quick girls weekend at this property and it was perfect for us. We enjoyed the location. The property is really unique and really spacious! Noah was so fast to respond if we had any questions :)

Unique rental in the heart of Downtown Fargo. Property was clean, quiet, and spacious. Located within walking distance to lots of great bars and restaurants. City parkade is located a block away and is free on weekends.

Fun for all ages most definitely . So much room and the layout was wonderful and industrial hip!

Next to anything for food, bars , donuts , coffee and parking . One to definitely stay at and the host Noah was fantastic in communications !

Fun place for a large group - Perfect Location

Bunch of friends got together in Fargo for a little bit of summer golf. The condo was perfect... both a meeting place and a place that was close enough to everything in Fargo. If in Fargo again, I'm staying here!
