「The place itself was immaculate. However the moment we checked in we went to the spa where the cryotherapy was broken and we couldn’t order any refreshments as the lady said she couldn’t leave her post. We waited for over an hour and half for dinner and there was no advice on things to do on activities.」

「Lovely hotel but very little to do. With all guests spending time at the spa there was no beds by the pool. Food was delicious but overall the experience was too expensive compared to its value.」

「As we didn’t book direct with the hotel our evening meal wasn’t included. That wasn’t a problem as you could dine in any of the restaurants for £30 per head. Traveller’s be aware though if you didn’t want to dine in there was no other food purchase options available after 4pm. They don’t offer room service either. The grounds are extensive and it’s not possible to walk to anywhere.
Take snacks with you as there is a fridge available in the room.」

「Feels like a motel.room on ground floor good side entrance easy access to car.a fridge was a god send in the heatwave,keeping things cool.great -air con another godsend. Pool and sauna good. Very good breakfast offerings .bed comfortable. My WiFi was iffy. Good value for money」
