“Our stay at this property was a mixed experience. While the unit itself has clearly been recently updated and shows potential, there were some shortcomings that impacted our overall comfort.The location of the property is conveniently located within walking distance of popular downtown venues; however, it is in a visibly declining area, which may be a factor for some to consider. Unfortunately, during our stay, the building's boiler malfunctioned, resulting in a complete lack of hot water. ……

“Place is OK. For us the location is why we stayed there.There is no closet / 4 hangers for 2 of us to hang clothes.There is no table near the couch to put a glass or drink onHave to use the floor. No instructions on operating the TV1 Hand towel in the bathroom, no kitchen towel or sponge Shower is difficult to operate. Shower head dribbles water oncem you figure out how to operate.”

“Went to see the Hoosiers play in the Peach Bowl and found this 2 bedroom apartment. The place was very central to the stadium and all activities. The property manager was super responsive to any request we had. Everything in the unit seemed brand new and it was spotless. ”
