“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“Clean room and friendly staff”

“No clue. Office was closed when we arrived. Not able to access room. After hours line in box full so can’t reach anyone. Had to pay for another hotel as this place was non refundable.”
