“The staff at Sleep Inn were unprofessional and unkind. They told my 8-year-old daughter that the noise from the neighbors was merely them “doing their business,” as if loud lovemaking was acceptable. When we asked to be moved to a room without a connecting door—especially after the neighbor had smashed our wall—they discouraged us from calling the police. Instead, by saying we cannot guarantee not connection door, what's most, they relocated us to a room directly below that same noisy couple,……

“Nothing wrong with the staff. The place has roaches (I saw one, and we all know one can easily turn into thousands) so I kept all my stuff in my truck to avoid any getting in my stuff and causing an infestation in my home. The AC filters are so dirty and plugged up it looks like it hasn’t been changed in years. The entrance to the place constantly smells like weed or something. The AC is hard to use, like half the time, it doesn’t want to work when you change the temperature. It only works when……
