“Hotel looks brand new and was immaculate. Reception - great employees working there, so welcoming and always helpful. Only confusion was we asked for every other day a tidy up in our room (we stayed a week), and they came once on the third day and not again, so I kept having to ask for supplies. Then finally the cleaners came in to do a thorough clean, but we declined as we were leaving the next day as that didn't make any sense. Breakfast - the area was modern and comfortable and great use……

“I enjoyed everything about The Laundry Rooms. If I had one complaint it would have to be that the washer and dryer unit is somewhat complicated to achieve clean and dry clothing. Otherwise 5 put of 5. Amir and Amaul are absolutely amazing. They always seem to go above and beyond to ensure my experience while I'm here is a great one.”

“It was so nice after a day out to come back to the hotel. Our room was so comfortable and there is a really nice bar on the second floor that we always stop into before going to bed. The service and the food in the restaurant is also fantastic.”

“Despite being a thin mattress, the sofa bed was still comfortable. My only minor complaint would be the lack of privacy in the washroom. I was with a close friend, so it was no problem. But if I were with a romantic partner, the ability to hear everything happening in the washroom would have been a little awkward. ”
