"The room was wonderful and well decorated. Beds were very comfortable. Hallways and entire facility smelled clean and fresh. Restaurant in lobby was wonderful. Pool, hottub were excelent and clean...dry sauna was an added bonus.. Would highly recommend. location to Downtown hamilton and dundas was perfect away from busy traffic."

"Best location! I absolutely love the digital check in. It was very easy to manage everything ourselves. The rooms are adorable and huge compared to hotel standards. Laundry Rooms is 10/10. I’ll never stay at a conventional chain again in Hamilton. "

"I asked for another blanket. never got one. One of the lamps was broken and two missing light bulbs. Made it hard to see. Definately couldn't read. The toilet seat was ready to come off. Wasn't fixed until the next day. Was hard to use with a very loose seat, was concerned I would slide off and get hurt. The tub had no safety bars, I had to be very carfull using it, espcially with no safety strips in the tub. Was very concerned of having a fall in the slippery tub. I expected to make a cup of tea, but nothing in my room, I was told to go across the street to Tim Hortons. Would be good for travellers using if for a one night stay."
