"i need to use "shaving mirror" and found that the light is too dark around the mirror and i gave up to use it. The air-conditioner was very good and I liked it. Breakfast buffet should have more Europe & America styles of foods are better, thankyou."

"因婚礼场地考察，我和女友在文华东方广州住了一晚。酒店虽然开业较早，但维护得非常好，宁静优雅，一进门就好感拉满。 入住过程中最大的惊喜来自Nicolo。他在行政酒廊接待我们，专业又亲切，记得我们是来看场地的，主动帮忙协调，虽然宴会厅未能参观，但他特地带我参观了餐厅、酒吧、泳池和水疗，讲了不少小故事。晚上回房，竟发现他根据聊天细节准备了手写卡片、小礼物和纪念磁贴，仅仅一晚却用心至此，真的很感动。 同时想谢谢行政酒廊的Bella，温柔又专业；还有Cora，虽然没直接服务我们，但听到她与客人互动的语气，真诚又温暖。也感谢预订部的Sicilia Wu提前联系和帶我们看场地的Kiara - 非常感恩。 这次入住，让我们真正爱上了文华东方。谢谢文华东方总经理，谢谢整个团队。"

"It was far from 5 star hotel. Room phone was not working properly, reception was very slow and garbage in common area not cleaned. Also on way to the room I could see some kinda water leakages and looking like ibis more than Hyatt. It was disappointing experience "
