“We didn’t receive the check-in details until after the stated check-in time had already passed, which made arrival more stressful than it needed to be. The listing also mentioned breakfast, but no information was provided about it and we were unable to locate it during our stay. We also had trouble with the heating system. The only way we could get the heat to turn off was by turning off the hot water entirely. Additionally, the sofa bed pillows were simply the sofa cushions, which were far too……

Unfortunately, with an ambient temperature of less than 14 Deg C in the area, and as there was no central heating or availability of a space room heater, the whole night was very cold for us and ended up with a sore throat, despite two layers of blanket over the quilt. It may be normal for locals, but for visitors from warmer part of the world, it`s very uncomfortable.”

“We only stayed here for one night and due to circumstances beyond our control, we did not arrive there until 10.30pm. This was a shame as the hotel was really lovely. Front desk staff were welcoming, the room was splendid, large, clean and a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. Even had 2 chairs to sit on, when so many hotels only supply one. We would have liked to have stayed longer with them but had to move on. If we are ever in the area again, we will certainly spend time there.”
