"Have stayed here in past but was disappointed. Several inconveniences. My friend had a TV that would not turn off and had to change rooms at midnight. Then pillows were lumpy. For that, she got a breakfast coupon. Should have comped room.My key did not work when I arrived and had to go downstairs and change rooms. The HVAC system had a mind of its own. Woke up roasting in middle of night - though it was set on 67 (cool). Was 40s outside.Cranked down to 65 But bed was comfy."
