“Second time staying here…very nice and clean as well as convenient location.”

“Our favorite place to stay! The owners are welcoming and accommodating. Rooms are clean!”

“The first room had a ciggy smell. The second cabin had sewer/septic issues. It had that acrid smell. Made me sick. Played havoc with my repiratory system. Maybe mold too. No cable tv. Just penurious wifi tv. Blinds were transparent. Window on door had none. Parking area was full of ditches.”

Points négatifs : La chambre était beaucoup plus petite que ce que les photos laissaient paraître. L’insonorisation laissait à désirer. Nous entendions très bien les bruits provenant du corridor et des chambres voisines.”

“Room was clean upon our arrival. The staff was very helpful, and the hot tub as well as the pool was clean and wonderful to relax in. The view from the beach was great. Short driving ditto the pier at old orchard beach with plenty of parking facilities at the old orchard beach, for very reasonable prices.”

“The location was a bit noisy and traffic in town quite heavy. It was a short stay, so I didn’t use the facilities much.”

“I would have given this two stars if it wasn’t for the location. The front desk staff is nice. I booked an ocean “front” room which based off of the photos should have been what it says. Instead we had ocean “view” but were right up above the pool which could be noisy and not private. Our first day we asked for more towels and no one ever brought any. Left our maid service sign out both days, no one came to clean. Second day someone left some towels in the room but that’s it. Our deadbolt lock……

“Comfortable place”

“First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“nice location and privacy bathroom”

“There were crumbs by the coffee maker when we arrived.; the ceiling tiles above the shower had water damage and the toilet when flushed always looked like it was going to flow over. The shower had only one pressure flow and it was light so took much longer to get shampoo out of hair. Shampoo and body wash available is poor quality so we bought our own. No broom available in the room to get rid of sand, but could go to the sister motel two buildings down and ask for one to use or get ice there……

“The room was fine. Hotel needs a little work in halls but they seem to be starting that. In general a pretty good value.”

“the ceiling had a leak and instead of moving us they said we will get you more towels which meant 1 more towel. tried to turn the heat up and it was just blowing cold air. if you stay here do not expect anything nice.”

“I liked my room. it was clean. I asked for an extra comfortor and they gave me. air conditioner was good. breakfast and coffee was good. staff was pleasant”

“Great spot next to every thing great sleep”

“It could of been better. I did not like having to go down the street to check-in. Need to have check-in (office) at the hotel your staying at. Need to have a mat in the tub from slipping. Need to have a better shower curtain, got water all over the floor. Need to put grab bars in the shower. ”

“There were baggies of drugs outside my door. There was no key in my room I had to wait half an hour to leave so no one would get to my stuff”
