「The rooms are very cute and beachy feeling with nice decor. Super close to the beach and nice restaurants, eveninthe off-season. If you're a light sleeper, beware the train goes by several times over night. Would definitely stay here again!」

「We booked a stay at the Old Orchard Inn and had a mixed experience overall. The check-in process was confusing from the start. We initially walked into the building shown in the listing photos—a beautifully restored colonial—but there was no one there. After a few minutes, a staff member arrived and directed us to a different building on the property for check-in. It was then that we learned our room was located in another building, which was noticeably less charming than the one...

「Our stay was great. It was a nice place to sleep and close to all the locations we wanted to explore. It was a cozy stay and the woman I was communicating with was very friendly. The motel room itself was a little old and not well lit. They did a nice job decorating but you can tell there are some fixes that need to be done. But hey, overall, I would recommend it to someone, it’s just a cozy affordable place to stay. 」

「Room was good for a beach hotel and we had a view of the ocean 🌊. Was asked if we were okay walking up to 2nd floor was a little bit of a climb but worth it. Breakfast was great. 」

「The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

「Everything was very clean, tv is a little annoying to figure out the channels, decent breakfast and my son and another child had the pool to themselves for a couple of hours. Only thing I didn’t like in the room are the door stoppers installed into the floor. I tripped over a couple of them and it would be better if the bathroom door opened out instead of in, there would be more room. Hotel is close to many things. 」

「Overall, it was ok. The room had a hole in the floor that was covered by the carpet, and the sink wasn’t in the bathroom. The bathroom was small, but usable. The pool was amazing! The concrete around the pool was heaving and definitely needs to be repaired. The decking in there also needs to be repaired as we got slivers from it. There was a lot of traffic, and people outside with all of their belongings, just sitting there. Not a bad location, to the beach or other amenities, but it was ok.」

「When we got there. The staff had no idea where our room was. Told us misinformation and had no keys for us to be able to come and go from our room . It wasn't until the next day staff bought us clean linens and keys to us. 」

「It was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable which is important. The coffee pot wasn't washed and the stoppers in both the sink and tub were broken and laying next to them. Both worked fine you just weren't able to take a bath or fill the sink. For an overnight or 2 it's okay. 」

However,there is something "difference" in this hotel. 1. you have to borrow everything from the frontdesk, incluging coffee machine, hair dryer, cup ,dish. 2. there is no place for breakfast. you have to bring everything from the frp desk to your room. But dont't worry, because the breakfast is almost "nothing". 3. you should go earlier for the breakfast, we go for breakfast at around 0850, and there is no bread anymore there. and the stuff just said"the bread is...
