「Clean room. Great front desk service. Best bang for your buck near Saco/OOB. Right on the trolley line that takes you right to the beach. Already planning my next trip back in a few months. Why pay double some where else save your money for more important things and book your stay at the Wagon Wheel.」

「I liked the location. The room was a nice size as well. My big complaint is, we paid over $225 per night and they did NOT clean our room once. We stayed for 4 nights and asked each day for our room to be cleaned, but NOT ONCE.」

「First and foremost, the staff here are wonderful and the property is beautiful. We have stayed 2x so far and it won't be our last! Great location, clean rooms, very comfy beds and nice views. I can't comment on the pool because both times we stayed was out of season. But it's a straight shot to the beach and OOB is a short walk. The location is perfect. Only downside is the train that comes by. But honestly, if you're doing it right you will be so dead tired you won't care. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「Came for a short weekend stay with family of 4. The room was a good size. The location was fantastic - steps to beautiful beach and easy walk to the pier with amusement park. The ocean view from our room was obstructed by one of the cottages and the property is older, but the beach location made up for it. We also enjoyed the beachfront hot tub and heated pool. Check in and out was easy.」

「The property needs updating, flooring not cut to fit to the wall, repairs are not fixed correctly. Shower is extremely small. Staff in the cafe was rude. Front desk clerk was very kind. Great area on the beach!」

「It is an old Ramada. A little run down but staff was very quick to act when the ac went out. They fixed it right away. The bed was very comfortable and the pool was awesome. I would recommend it.」
