“I found the staff helpful and knowledgeable with any inquiries. They were courteous and respectful.”

“The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. The soundproofing was good, very quiet room. NIce big screen on the TV. The hotel looks dated, carpets looked old, bathroom fan noisy. Tub short and the sink is not in the toilet area. But if you are just there to sleep and leave in the morning it serves the purpose. It is also right beside Costco so that was handy.”

“Safe place, decent location in the Sherwood area of Edmonton. Clean rooms, lot of stuff , towels shampoos etc.. but NO SOLID piece of soap , just liquid. Very helpful staff Decent breakfast, Close to the highways, Costco, Walmart etc.. Good location, Macdonald`s just two minutes walk ,Tim Horton 5/7 minutes . ( I Forgot my coffee thermos at when CHECKING OUT ?? My loss , I guess. ) Enjoy, who ever picked it up. Stayed 6 days, and had good comfy stay … mostly just sleeping. Honest……

“We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, which was excellent. It was roomy, clean and had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the breakfast. It was very below average compared to other Towneplace’s we’ve stayed at - omelettes were rubbery and sausage patties didn’t look edible.”

“The beds were clean. The whole hotel had a weird vibe to it. It was almost like it was abandoned, and there was nobody around, big portions of it were closed off, and the lighting was dim security doors didn’t work or lock properly. The whole property seemed kind of unkempt with trash, laying around little balls of dust everywhere garbage in the parking lot. It was like it was rundown and they weren’t able to keep up with it. All of the window glass was very dirty as well. The pool area roof was……

“The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”
