「The resort was lovely, Ccean and th staff was hospitable. My only critisam was the pool was not avaiable as it was under renovation.」

「Recomiendo ampliamente este hospedaje en Santa Flavia. El personal muy amable, nos atendieron siempre en todo. El estacionamiento incluido es en la calle enfrente del hotel pero se ve seguro, el desayuno incluido muy bueno y la torre panorámica tiene buena vista, hay varios espacios para tomar el sol y descansar. Las paredes un poco delgadas pero el cuarto y el baño bien, limpio y la presión del agua buena. Hay una cocina compartida que no usamos pero se ve amplia y limpia.」

「So far from a 5 star hotel. The staff is the most unfriendliest staff we have ever encounter. When we pulled in no bellman, front desk is extremely not professional and could care less. Guest experience is close to none. Property isn’t clean, dirt and weeds everywhere. The room is tiny, no iron/steamer. We called front desk 3 times for a steamer, after 30mins I had to go downstairs and ask again. Property has a lot of potential if well maintained. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Service is worse...

「Amazing hotel with five-star hospitality. The reception staff are all very friendly and they gave us unlimited refill of water and soda drinks given the hot weather.」

「Overall a wonderful place to stay, however we were never enlightened on the use of the spa, was it available to all guests? The room was very clean and well kept, any issues we had were dealt with promptly. Would not hesitate to recommend.」

「The room was very small and dark (not enough light to read or use the bathroom mirror), even though we booked a 'deluxe' room. There was no chair in the room, the safe and fridge cupboards had no handles, so you had to pull at the bottom of them to open them, and only one glass in the bathroom, so we couldn't take advantage of the mini bar on arrival. When we had a shower, the water ran straight out through the shower enclosure door (as there was a big gap with no seal), so we had to control the...

「 Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, mitten in der City von Palermo, sodass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Bars bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Der Check-in mit Romina war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war sauber und besonders das große Badezimmer hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
