「Wir hatten tolle 10 Tage in der Villa Mucera. Die Vermieterin hat uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sich während unserem Aufenthalt erkundigt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren super sauber und alles wie auf den Bildern! Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes auch nochmals gereinigt. Die Küche war voll ausgestattet, sogar mehr vorhanden als erwartet (die Kinder haben den Sandwichmaker gefeiert)! Auch das Auschecken war super und die Endabrechnung wurde mit uns...

「Nous avons passé 2 semaines très agréables.La maison avec accès direct et privé à la mer est un plus et permet d’alterner entre piscine et mer très facilement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et offrent toutes les commodités nécessaires. La localisation, très proches des commerces et de Palerme est un plus. Les hôtes sont d’une infinie gentillesse et très à l’écoute et serviables.Je vous recommande chaudement ce logement vous ne le regretterez pas !」

Customer service in the app notified me 5 times that my case is urgent, but no real action took place. In our first encounter he left us a map of Palermo and gave us some pointers on it. Everything he did was appreciated and I would take my family back to Vitto’s Villa because of the beautiful views and Toni’s assistance.」
