Absolutely lovely felt at home straight awayLocation is perfect easy walk to the beach and onwards to Filey centre The dogs loved the beach accessArthur’s is perfect I could move straight in,so cosy ,spotless and clean,perfect layout All 4 of us plus 2 dogs we’re comfortable with ample space Can’t wait to book again definitely be a week though this weekend was just not long enough

Warm homely feel well equipped with kitchen utensils & accessories ideal location at Filey bay lovely walk down to the beach great pub on site

We loved the welcome pack very thoughtful it was very homely, the kitchen very well equipped great appliances if needing washer dishwasher, the bay has a lovely village feel the pub had great choice of menu the beach is a short walk away…. We loved it that much we’ve booked to come again in feb 23
