The Sandpiper is located in a quiet area of The Bay which is really near the beach path, Cleveland Way and the village pub / pool. This is one of the largest 2 bedroom properties on The Bay and offers luxury spacious accommodation.

Walk into the 'L' shaped open plan living, dining and kitchen area with sofas for 6 and SMART TV with stunning bi-fold doors across the rear of the property to a private furnished patio, ideal for outside relaxing with seating for 6 with lawned area In the dining area there is a dining table for 6 which leads into a modern fully equipped kitchen including a 2 fridge freezers, dishwasher, washer-dryer, 2 microwaves as well as an electric food steamer, slow cooker and Tassimo Coffee Machine (bring your own pods).

Upstairs the master bedroom includes a king-size bed, SMART TV and luxury En-suite with rainfall shower. The second family bedroom features a double bed with single bunk above and SMART TV. There is also a large family bathroom with bath and overhead rainfall shower.
