On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Benidorm, in the district Cala de Finestrat, in a busy, sunny position, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach, east facing position. In the house: lift. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Terra Mitica 6 km, Terra Natura 6 km, Aqualandia 7 km, Mundomar 7 km, Alicante 40 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 52 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

One of the rooms had bad smell making it un-usable. How the cleaning personnel never reported this smell doesn’t say much for them.Neighbours were too noisy as loud televisions on at crazy times like 3.30 in middle of the night.Lift was out order on first day meaning lifting 2 cases up 8 floors which was extremely difficult.
