"Housekeeper rude! Shower and sink water is salt water. Not filtered. Housekeeper refused breakfast on the last day. Did not give a reason why. "

"If you like an simple but affordable quiet and well maintained accommodation, then the Red Ground Village may just be for you. It's not luxury but Francesco and his wife are very nice and extremely helpful to make sure your stay is pleasant. I enjoyed calling this place home for the 10 days I spend in San Andrés. Although it is not located next to the beach or in the centre of the town, you are only about 10 min. away with a cab or public transportation. I would certainly use Red Ground Village...

"We liked the nice view. It is less than 2 stars hotel We did not the following: No Hot Water in the room, no shampoo, no hand towel, and no wash close. No Wifi You cannot call the hotel. They do not answer the phone "

"Staff spoke no or very little English. No daily housekeeping. Had to ask for towels. Usually no one at the “front desk”. Did not see or know where restaurant or bar was. Right across the street from the airport"
