“Horrible staff. No towels upon request, taxis are called begrudgingly, when asking about tours I was given a book and told to call them directly. At reception I was told they were “holding” my passport. Wait at dinner was over an hour. Complete disaster. Would warn against it. On top of all there is nothing worth going to within a walkable area. Thumbs down across the board.”

“The property has no formal address because it is on an unpaved road. So it is very hard to find up two hills on the unpaved road. The pictures are very misleading and only the bigger rooms are shown. Then there is no free breakfast, but a dirty coffee table where everyone can share the same spoon to take coffee or cocoa out of a shared instant coffee tin and take sugar out of a cork covered jar which is covered with ants as it is on an outside balcony. “Had I known I will have a room without a window I would have never booked the stay. It’s not a hotel and definitely not 4 star as it states online. The place was sterile and clean but the sheets were half way stripped down when I got there and it is one of the most depressing places I have ever stayed. I would not stayed again for the money I paid.”
