“Very slow checking process it tells very clean but it is on a very noisy street a lot of traffic and street noise. The staff at the restaurant was very friendly. The food was so so online. It looks like they have a Jacuzzi but it’s just a cold pool with jets this hotel has a great rooftop, however they do not serve alcohol at this property it would be nice to have a glass of wine or a beer while sitting on the rooftop it is a very good value, good location and very clean”

“Summer House Inn was great!! Great location, reasonably priced, and just a quick 15 min walk to the touristy area but far enough away to get some peace and quiet. It’s peaceful garden sanctuary hidden from the street. Breakfast was perfect, the Summer House Inn staff are AWESOME. Rodney and Jennyfer are super sweet and extremely helpful. They were the highlight of our trip to San Andres!! Highly recommend!!”

“The staff were all SUPER NICE, welcoming and attentive! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The hotel provided the basics. There is no washer or dryer so I wash your clothes in the shower with a soap bar. The rooms had great A/C and the beds were comfortable. There was a roach on my bed on one of the nights I spent there, unfortunately, but they do clean daily. The bar was nice, they also teach Salsa up there and the convenience of having a supermarket and many restaurants was a plus. It was a good hotel experience……

“Horrible staff. No towels upon request, taxis are called begrudgingly, when asking about tours I was given a book and told to call them directly. At reception I was told they were “holding” my passport. Wait at dinner was over an hour. Complete disaster. Would warn against it. On top of all there is nothing worth going to within a walkable area. Thumbs down across the board.”

Calle oscura, quedamos por 30 minutos esperando hasta que consiguimos contactar una persona que nos dijo que la llave estaba en el buzón. No nos comunicaran por el portal e-mail o WhatsApp. Llegamos directo del aeropuerto con hambre pero no habia nada para comprarmos y el aplicativo Rappi no hace entrega en ese barrio.
