「This was my 2nd stay at Opartment, and it continues to exceed expectations. The space is always chic and feels just like coming home. Special thanks to Selina at the front desk for a fantastic check-in experience, and to the gentleman who helped carry our luggage all the way out during checkout. A huge compliment to the housekeeping staff as well… I left my pj on the bed, and the cleaning lady actually folded and buttoned them up for me! That level of care is rare!!! 「Very nice」

「There were renovations happening from 9am-6pm so can get very noisy. I was not able to sleep in or return to the hotel during the day, which is unfortunate as I didn’t get to enjoy the room. The renovated rooms are nice but lobby area is a bit dated. Location is excellent and will stay again after renovation.」

「地點好、服務好，附近有賣知名蝴蝶酥、離外攤近，未來到上海市區玩，會選擇再次入住。」

「Very pleasant stay」

「Front desk manager Ms. Eris，專業、親切的服務，令人印象深刻。」

In the picture, you should be able to see stains on the walls of the room. What's more exaggerated is that the bathroom facilities are already broken and it feels dangerous. In terms of breakfast, it is actually not delicious, there are not many choices, and the quality is average. However, the staff have a good service attitude,...

「Good location 👌 」

「The hotel is not as advertised. Photos posted in hotels.com isn’t updated. Renovated after covid and is not as glamorous as shown. There is a big construction site in front of the hotel which starts work from 6am. Cannot sleep well as the aircon is so noisy. No breakfast and no swimmming pool. The gym is tiny」

「Convenient 」

「安排房間有異味11樓早餐餐廳不潔服務差，投訴後酒店經理已經妥善處理及安排。」
