「Staff excellent. Property beautiful. Not maintained well. Curtains in room were torn & glass tops of furniture had food smears & finger prints. Tops & inside of lamps were horribly full of layers of dust & dirt & Spanish lamp in corner hadn’t been cleaned in years. Ceiling fan was dirty & carpet on edges was dark and dirty so u could tell it wasn’t vacuumed around perimeter ever. Such a shame for such a beautiful place. Staff was incredible.」

「I've stayed at this property 3 times. It's a fantastic get away for us, as we live in Jacksonville. The amenities at the property are great (manager's reception, breakfast), as is the natural environment (right on the beach). When at all possible, I will select an Embassy Suites due to the large and functional floor plans. Finally, it rained during our visit and we had to eat at the hotel restaurant for dinner. The hotel is undergoing some renovations, so there was construction noise between 9a-5p each day (we knew this before arriving). Our room had a few quirks - the sink area was lit with a floor lamp instead of a traditional vanity, the floor had a transition that wasn't level, and there was only one towel hook in the bathroom, with none...
