“The hotel was fine, the room was fine, the breakfast was fine. What was not fine was the parking. We were pulling our ATV on a flatbed trailer, and even though the parking lot was large, we were not allowed to park there. We had to park across the street behind another hotel. We've been to dozens of hotels in our travels, and never had to park off-site..no lights, no security, no cameras. I just thought they could do better to accommodate a couple of geezers.”

“I am a germaphobe and I usually find myself cleaning a room before I feel comfortable. I didn’t have to do that here. It looked, smelled and was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the bathroom did exactly what it needed to. Just a message to the owners. The toilet has a small water leak going through the bowl. This alone can cost you $100’s a yr in water but more importantly AZ water is scarce. You should look into replacing the seals/parts inside the toilet tank. Thanks for……

“Keeping in mind the caliber of this hotel, I was not expecting 4–5-star qualities in every aspect. I've worked in the hotel industry for 25 years, and I was impressed with the hotel’s beautiful renovations, cleanliness, and the friendly, helpful staff. Overall, our room (403) was clean and spacious; however, I was very disappointed with the condition of the bathroom. The toilet was not securely fastened to the floor, so every time you sat down, it felt as though you were going to fall or……

“Nicest front staff who always were willing to help guests and go the extra mile. The breakfast included freshly made items, although I missed the bacon. The room was nice, with good running a/c and refrig. Would suggest replacing the dankly smelling carpet and padding. Otherwise, a solid 4 of 5!”
