We had booked a room with two double beds. When we got to our room it was a king bed in a suite. We went back to the front desk and they said they had to switch our room as they had no rooms available with two beds. The suite which was quite large had a full kitchen. Unfortunately it was not equipped ...

Little to no staff present at anytime. I requested more coffee packs at 6pm. This was not possible to obtain as there is no staff on the premises. Communication was good, but strictly by text or email. Sketchy neighborhood

We loved our stay. The loft space was exactly what we expected. The pipes are loud, you can hear the neighbours, and a curtain rod fell while we were out, but I also wouldn't change a thing. I happily stay here again.
