「Definitely a 4 star stay, I can’t give 5 stars only because of the process to get ready to arrive. I was told I would receive a link for ID verification but never received 24 hours prior, had to call customer service and was told I had been sent it on my Expedia account, but yet booked through hotels.com, was then told it was emailed to me, never received.
