Anchors A-Way is a classic 1965 A-Frame. The present owners, have been using it as a family getaway since they purchased it in 1976. It's a time capsule of mid-century modest. With only 600 square feet it's a darling little gem. The living room, dining area, kitchen and bathroom are all downstairs, and it includes 2 built in twin beds that also serve as sofas. The loft has a queen bed. This house is for the young, or young at heart as it's got a ladder-stairway to the loft. It's super close to the beach (.3 miles), but in a marvelous wind protected location so you can enjoy the deck in the morning, afternoon and evening. It has as much outdoor living space as there is inside. There is a picnic table for outside dining as well.
