Cute 2 bedroom house. Kitchen was well stocked and all appliances worked well. Love that it is pet friendly and has a fenced back yard. Short walk to the beach. Fit the bill for what we needed.

Conveniently located place for our family and dogs

This modest, cozy, and comfortable home is conveniently located close to the beach, and felt just right for us and our dogs. We loved the fire pit and thoughtful touches.

Cool place

Nice place close to beach- didn’t have a pet with us but you can tell it’s pet friendly, some built up pet hair in the hard to reach places. Didn’t bother us but wouldn’t book it if you have allergies etc. great kitchen for making meals there and good spaces for lounging and hanging out

It's a cute 2/2 cottage. Minutes from the best beach. Easy access to town. Great in some ways, fell short in a few other ways. Needs some TLC.

Decent little house

The house was comfortable, clean (with the exception of underneath the bathroom sink) and well stocked with everything we needed, including firewood near the fire pit. Very pet friendly. Living room furniture could use a little update but we were comfortable, and it served our needs well. We would stay again.

Loved the modern kitchen, fire pit, large screen TV. Did not love the cheap mattress in 2nd bedroom, smell in the kitchen and bathroom located off kitchen, and the difficulty of locating house.

Rental house that is a bit tired

Pros- quiet neighborhood near the beach. New appliances, baseboard heaters work well after the first night, nice deck and garden. Cons- neither bed was very comfortable and the second bed was like a cheese grater. Ended up sleeping on the couch which was also worn out. House was cold the first night. We were not able to make the pellet stove work, but didn’t realize we didn’t need it until after we bought pellet starter gel. Kitchen utensils and pots were dirty and worn. The random collection of flatware and kitchen gadgets made cooking an adventure.

Road to property

The house was perfect for us. The big problem was driving our Tesla through a foot of standing water on the unmaintained road to the house!

Not a good place to stay

Deck, patio furniture was in poor condition, did not want to use it. mattresses were in poor condition, hard and lumpy, no one slept well. Mattresses need replacing. Kitchen floor is sloped, we had to get used to that. Living room and furniture are ok. It could be an okay place if it were better taken care of.

Outdoor patio furniture and patio was in poor condition, we didn't want to use it. The mattresses were hard and lumpy, they need to be replaced. Could be a nice place, but needs to be taken better care of. The floors are not level, they slope in the kitchen area. Nice living room and living room furniture.
