The AC was continuously warm and they were not able to rectify the problem. We were given a fan to help us have cool air at nights and in the days.the fridge didn’t work for the first two days. The room service in terms of cleanliness was good. They were sure to keep the room tidy everyday. The breakfast was terrible. Overall I did not enjoy the stay. Don’t think I’d do it again

Great spot near the airport

The place was nice. The temp of the room was not good and they couldn’t do anything about it. They did make an effort and gave us free breakfast. Overall it was a good stay

Just the perfect hotel for Florence

The hotel is lovely and the location is perfect if you have a car. The free shuttle works so well and the driver is so friendly too. We had a slight issue at the hotel but the manager Alejandro was so fantastic and understanding and went above and beyond to resolve it. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, really great value and lots of choice. Will definitely recommend all my friends and family to stay here. Can’t wait to return!

Ariel is GREAT!

Ariel works in the bar. He’s a wonderful man. We were a group of four. He made great cocktails snd asked the dining room to bring us dinner in the bar. Made a wonderful night for us before coming back to the USA

Fabulous room and really comfortable bed. Great view. There was loud music playing on the street (a club?) that kept me awake for a while, and the hotel is not within walking distance of any sights. Had to take a cab to the city center or to dine.
