Great communications and location

This property is ideally located in the city center. Very close to major landmarks and transportation. Host was very responsive. Minor note that the gas stove did not work and the host responded that it should work but did not fix it.

Donatella is a very gracious host and responded quickly to all requests. The flat is very conveniently located to the center of the city. It’s fine for a short stay with the very basics, but I would not recommend it for a longer stay. I stayed for a month while taking intensive Italian lessons and it was not terribly comfortable for a long stay. The cooking area is very small and equipped with only a few basics and the sofa and dining chairs were uncomfortable for studying. But if you’re looking for something for convenience and just to sleep and prepare occasional meals, it is perfectly fine.

It was just what we needed for our stay. We didn't plan to sleep much so it's suited its needs. We probably would have cooked more in the house if we had more utensils and pots and pans

Practically Perfect

Exactly as described and even better in person. Super location with a wonderful restaurant one door down. Excellent communication from Donatella and was very thoughtful in the amenities. Would be happy to stay again. Ample refrigerator, and enjoyed the kitchen. Bathroom was well designed and spacious. Happy we chose this establishment for our stay.

Excellent appartement

Localisation parfaite pour visiter Florence à pied. Beaucoup de resto et magasins à proximité. Sécuritaire. Appartement bien équipé. Lit confortable. Un peu plus de literie aurait été apprécié ( serviettes, essui-vaisselle) mais il y a un lave-linge alors ça compense. Je recommande fortement cet endroit.

Plein centre, proche de tout, mais bruyant

L'appartement était suffisamment spacieux pour 2, climatisé dans le salon et ventilateur plafonnier dans la chambre. Nécessaires en pleine canicule à Florence (35° à 40° quand nous y étions en juillet 2024). Arrivée autonome avec clé cachée dans un boîtier à code. Il dispose d'un mini coin cuisine avec grand frigo, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson, bouilloire, toaster (ces 2 derniers étaient neufs à notre arrivée). Notez que la machine à café est ancienne et très petite (pour 2 expressos) L'appartement est très bien situé, aux pieds de la grande cathédrale du Duomo, mais il est dans une rue extrêmement passante et bruyante du centre-ville !

Excellent apartment

Great location, close to the very center but not overwhelmed by the crowds. Alma has the place spotless. Restaurants, and grocery store nearby. We have been doing this for years in various countries around the world and value the skills, including linguistic, and willingness to assist of the property manager. This was the best we have had - with a name like Donatella, how could you go wrong. As she will no doubt tell you - one floor up and no elevator. We stayed seventeen nights and loved it!

A wonderful month in Florence

Our stay was for one month. We really wanted to unpack and settle into the apartment and the local area. The features of the apartment that we particularly appreciated were the washing machine and large drying rack, hooks and a shelf in the hall for hanging coats and hats, storage shelves and cupboards in the bathroom, a small work table in the living room as well as a dining table, a comfortable bed with enough space underneath to store suitcases out of the way and strong wifi. I loved opening the green window shutters every morning to see the street life. The location was excellent for us so we could walk almost everywhere. We particularly enjoyed John Borno cafe for breakfast, Sant'Ambrogio market for fruit and delicious delicatessen products, the local Conad supermarket for everyday supplies and the many local restaurants.

Donatella’s apartment has a spectacular location. You are in a 15 minute walking radio of almost every important place in florenece.

Absoluter Pluspunkt: die zentrale Lage!

Die zentrale Lage der Wohnung ist für die Erkundung vom Florenz wirklich super. Man kann alles zu Fuß machen und zwischen den Besichtigungen auch mal zurückgehen, man ist ja nie wirklich weit weg von Zuhause auf Zeit. Da es sich um einen Altbau handelt, ist es allerdings sowohl von der Straße her als auch im Haus selber laut. Die Fenster liegen zur Straße und sind leider weder schall- noch wärmeisoliert (mehr als 19 Grad wurde der Wohnraum nicht warm). Die Holzdecken übertragen die Schritte der Nachbarn. Die Zimmer in der Wohnung sind wie auf den Bildern dargestellt, obwohl sie uns auf den Bildern größer erschienen als sie in Wirklichkeit waren. Die Wohnung war einigermaßen sauber, allerdings würde es Sinn machen, wenn der Vermieter das Geschirr in der Küche auf Sauberkeit kontrollieren würde (wir fanden Tassen mit Kaffeerändern und Teller, die nicht wirklich sauber waren, im Schrank) und in der Küche für Ordnung sorgen würde - es stand alles durcheinander. Fazit: Wir haben uns mit den o.g. Abstrichen wohl gefühlt und unsere Woche über Silvester sehr genossen.

Se trata de un apartamento muy bien ubicado, en una calle lateral al Duomo, con los principales puntos turísticos cerca, así como supermercados y restaurantes. Está muy límpio y bien equipado, es cómodo y por la noche es una zona tranquila. Estuvimos una semana y recibimos muy buena atención por parte de Donatella, la propietaria. Sin duda lo recomiendo.
