Great Vacation Spot

This was a great location to do so many activities. The house was clean, tidy and just as described. With the second seating/tv area, it was larger than the pictures showed which is great! We enjoyed the clean hot tub with the view, the kids jumped off the dock, the sunrises were awesome and the home was well appointed for the small amount of cooking we did. Thank you!

PNW Spring Break

Location on the lake was great but proximity to the 101 made access a little tough and we heard lots of road noise at night. There was limited space for the dogs to be outside safely. With that said, the lake and view out the back were pretty amazing. The house was comfortable and mostly well appointed but we had some trouble with tech and some ants in the kitchen.

Family vacation

The view was like a little slice of heaven. Absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed fishing and taking our kayaks out from the dock. The 10 cameras around the house made the stay feel a lot less private than I would have preferred. There were a few things that I spoke with the property management team about and it sounds like they will be working to get those things fixed for the next guests.

Wonderful lake house!

If you’re looking for a great place to swim, fish, paddle, relax in the sun or play on a sandy shore, this house has all of that! It has a well-stocked kitchen and many fun things to do in the house. The hot tub was very nice and relaxing. Our family of 5 with 3 kids ages 7-11 would definitely return!

4th Time at Sandy's

We come out every summer to enjoy the lake. Even though it is right on the highway, the lake side is very serene. the deck overlooks the lake and it almost feels like you're on a cruise ship. Perfect swimming right from the dock, and the hot tub is a great addition. Bass fishing is excellent on the lake, even from a kayak. Close to Florence, the dunes and the ocean, but we almost never leave.

Our stay at Sandy dunes lakehouse.

We all had a really good time. The hot tub was a hit. Weather was good. One morning rained a little bit but cleared up. Everything we needed was there. Parking was a little bit scrunched, but it was still enough room for us.

Sandy's Lake House

The adults and child loved it. They swam every day. even if it was cold. They paddle boarded. Fished' even if fishing was poor. We all had a great time, and would do it again.

End of summer

Stay was nice. Suggest a new grill. There is literally no bottom left in the one on site and all the burners are held up with rocks from the lakes edge.

pleasant house

this was a very nice older style house. very dated but also comfortable. our family had no complaints on the beds. the views of the lake was wonderful and the home had a very private feeling. and the arcade machine was a nice fun touch. the house and deck were very safe for our 2 small dogs, and there was a good internet signal for us to use. we would stay here again con: there is really no place for the dogs to pottie at. except the driveway.

Beautiful spot

The house is in a beautiful location. We had 6 adults and had plenty of room to relax and enjoy the house. The kitchen is very well equipped. The outside grill like many others have said definitely needs to be replaced. The deck and lake views were great. We did some fishing, ate at a couple nice restaurants and did the sand rail dunes ride. The local state park is also very nice. The only thing that gave us any trouble was the driveway. It's a challenge to get three cars in there and turn around to get back out safely onto the highway. We enjoyed our stay.

Lots of pros at this beautiful lake house… and a few cons

Pros - right on the lake. Beautiful views throughout the house. - The wraparound deck was amazing and the dock was great. Loved having a little Jacuzzi on the water. - The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Everything match the description on the site. Cons - The bedrooms are very small. One bedroom does not have a window. Everyone complained about the beds. The mattresses really need to be replaced and they are very uncomfortable. - there are cameras everywhere, and the owners are watching. Not a big deal, I probably would do the same thing as a homeowner, but I wish I would have known beforehand. Overall a great place. If the mattresses were replaced and a window put into the 3rd bedroom, I’d stay here again.

Great lake house

Very nice lake house for a relaxing time. Beautiful view. Loved the hot tub for the colder days. It didn't have a coffee maker when we got there, but they brought one over as soon as I contacted them. Very friendly and helpful. Will visit again.
