“Lara was a fantastic host at Il Grillo di Firenze! She was the kindest and most caring person we dealt with on our entire trip to Italy. She immediately made us feel welcome and comfortable, and gave us a map with all the best locations to visit in Florence. The room was very clean and had everything we needed.
