「The room was gorgeous and the breakfast outstanding. All the breads and pastries made on site. They serve you coffee. Beautiful flowers in the main breakfast room. Our reception went smoothly which we appreciated since we were tired. A big shout out to AnaLisa on the staff for her correspondence and support. 」

But the windows are not well soundproofed. Music from the restaurant near the hotel was so loud. You have to wait until 00:30 before the music stop then you can sleep.
The hotel female staff's attitude towards guests is rather cold
Besides from these, this hotel is the best choice when you travel in Firenze.」

「Really lovely B&B in a central location. The staff are so nice, breakfast, and the lady that serves it, was a delight every morning. Very quiet considering its location, less then a 15 min walk from the station and a few minutes from the dome.
One review said the beds are hard, I do agree but I think it’s personal preference as my other half found the bed super comfy.
We would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone. 」
