"This was a real great place to stay in the centre of Florence. Stefan and his staff so helpful and friendly. It is all spotlessly clean and with a fabulous terrace with a view of the Duermo. Will be returning!"
"Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Nice spot to spend a night or two. We only spent one night and it was close enough to the train station to walk. "

"Lovely hotel in great location to access centre. 10 min walk max. Pool, restaurant and bar all a bonus and prices not usual hotel level. Good staff. Free soft drinks from mini bar was a real nice touch, restocked daily. Room excellent, breakfast great value for €12. "
"From the inviting lobby (where I worked some mornings from) to the fascinating exhibit of art and photos throughout the hotel, and the incredible views on the rooftop - this hotel is absolutely wonderful, comfortable and esthetically pleasing. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had good food. I opted out of the breakfast, which was 25 euros per person. The location is perfect - easy access to the train and all the central locations in the old town. The only slight discomfort was that the air conditioning felt about 24 Celsius/ 75 Fahrenheit, despite trying to get it cooler. I was here in August, and the heat outside was awful, so a cooler room would've been appreciated but it was not the end of the world. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. "
"They have a good air condition in which some properties they don’t. Unlimited cold water is superb. iGreat staff!! We have a great time in Florence because of our accommodation! After walking in a very hot weather entering a cool room is the number one you wanted to be. "
"Our room was beautiful and chic. Overall the hotel was very quiet and accommodating. The sister hotel where the Meze bar was amazing (Great Service from Bruno and the crew) and the Angel Rooftop restaurant was outstanding. We will definitely be staying there again during our next trip to Florence. "
