"Good"

"Beautiful water view from our room... however the room was not well kept up. Paint scrapes on the wall in the bathroom, holes in the sheets, the heat pump had no fan control... so high or nothing and blows right on your head all night, floor made my feet dirty, the door was filthy. Complimentary water was a nice touch. For the price, we would expect a higher level of cleanliness. Staff was nice but seemed very distracted while I was checking in, I was not their priority. Its the little things!"

"Both pools clean with good seating and a tiki bar. One pool heated. Nice hot tub. Great buffet breakfast near the pool. Beautiful grounds. Close to restaurants and waterway. Helpful staff. Perfect location. Second time here. Would definitely go back here again. "
