Great beach cottage, perfect for our family!

We spent Spring Break here and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was well appointed and cozy. Loved the easy access to both the beach and the center of town. Communication with the host was easy and they were responsive during our stay.

Great location and nice house

We enjoyed our stay at this house. The location was great to get to the beach and restaurants. The pictures were exactly what we expected. My only issue was the couch was uncomfortable. We don't generally spend much time indoors, but we did have one rainy day.

Amazing location right close to the beach and minutes from coffee/restaurants/bars. Our group came for a beach weekend and were surprised to see how close we were to Charleston- ended up exploring both! The location was perfect for us.

First Time to Folly

Beach house was clean, cute and comfy! We loved the proximity to the public beach access and Center Street. Charleston was an easy 20 minute drive too, which was great. We very much enjoyed our first stay at Folly Beach.

House was perfect for us. House was clean and cozy. Convenience to downtown combined with the laid back casualness of a beach town was just what we were looking for. Looking forward to another visit. Great area and friendly folks.

Little getaway

Perfect location to beach and restaurant area. The queen bed was not comfy but the other beds seemed good. Kitchen well equipped and the outdoor shower was nice to rinse off sand.

Great Folly Beach getaway

208 W Ashley was in a great location- very close to a public beach access and to the restaurants/shops in n Folly Beach. It was clean and well stocked and the beds were comfortable. All the appliances worked great. I would stay at this house again

Wonderful home in a great location

We had our Family Thanksgiving at the home and it fit all of our needs. Kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The outside grill is not usable but we were told that up front. We ate at several of the local restaurants. We will be back.

Girls Beach Trip

Our group of girlfriends loved our stay here. Walking distance to everything you want in Folly. Screened-in porch was perfect for stormy summer evenings.
