The 4th bedroom has a set of twin beds and also an attached full bathroom with additional access from the hallway.

There is parking for 2 vehicles in the parking lot with the 2 parking passes. If you have more than 2 vehicles, you would need to utilize street parking.

Amenities include Wi-Fi, cable TV, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, central heat and air conditioning, keyless entry and contactless check-in. This Unit is not ADA compliant. The HOA is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the elevators.. Home is non-smoking and not pet friendly. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. No events or parties allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home. Property is handled through property management company and has 24-hr on-call maintenance services. This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes
